Our policy lasts 30 days of shipping your product(s). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible, you must email email@example.com with your reason for requesting a refund. And please, be honest! We take pride in our barley!
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, so please reference your order number when contacting us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
